1) I’d like to buy a ticket for myself, but I already have a season subscription in another section.
To purchase a ticket in a different section from your subscription, you’ll need to request a sector change by emailing ticketoffice@speziacalcio.com. Please attach a copy of your Eagle Card and a valid ID. This will temporarily block your season subscription for that match and allow you to buy a ticket in another section.
2) My Eagle Card, which holds my season subscription, is not being read at the turnstile.
Please go to the Spezia Calcio ticket office (during opening hours) or to the ticket booth located behind the Curva Ferrovia on match day. Be sure to bring the subscription receipt you received when purchasing your season ticket.
3) I haven’t received my EAGLE CARD that I signed up for online.

4) I would like to cancel my subscription for the single match.
To cancel your subscription for a single match, please use this link.You must have a valid Eagle Card to complete the request.
5) I would like to cancel my subscription for all remaining matches of the season.
You can request this by emailing ticketoffice@speziacalcio.com, attaching a copy of your Eagle Card and a valid ID for both the current holder and the new holder. This will transfer the subscription for the remainder of the season
6) Is it possible to transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers depend on the ticket type: a full-price ticket can be transferred to anyone, while a reduced-price ticket can only be transferred to someone eligible for the reduced rate.
7) When do sales open for individual matches?
Information about ticket sales for single matches will be posted on Spezia Calcio’s official website.
8) The barcode on my ticket, displayed on my smartphone, is not being read at the turnstiles.
- Turnstiles may not read screenshots of tickets. Always download the original PDF to your phone.
- Make sure your screen brightness is high and enlarge the barcode.
- Center the turnstile’s scanner on the mobile barcode for proper reading.
9) The barcode on my paper ticket isn’t being read at the turnstiles.
- Make sure the barcode is printed clearly and isn’t smudged by the printer ink.
